Trouble Ticket System using Ruby on Rails

In the trouble ticket system, the customers post tickets along with their contact information and problem description. Help Desk staff post resolutions to the ticket with their name, contact information, severity level and resolution description.

Ticket ids and time stamp information are provided. A system status metrics pages which display number and percentages of tickets per severity level, time to completion statistics is also provided.

The usernames and passwords:
Admin-    Username: admin
	  Password: admin
HelpDesk- Username: hdesk
	  Password: hdesk
Customer- Username: bharat
	  Password: bharat	

This is an academic project. It is not deployment ready product.
