  • Update LongTable -> BumpyMatrix conversion to use as.data.table as an intermediate format
  • Input LongTable -> SummarizedExperiment object into gDR pipeline
  • Match BumpyMatrix from LongTable to gDR input format.
  • Ensure SummarizedExperiment made from LongTable has correct names for input to gDR pipeline
  • Visualize LongTable derived gDR object after running pipeline methods
