Windows version continues the tries after 404

"Keep downloading until 404 (with a user-set delay)"

As the title says, it keeps going even if the thread 404s.
It gets REALLY annoying when you have multiple ones running.
And another issue is that there is no 0.8.7 for windows and easy-install doesn't seem to do the job.

Ah, that's irritating. Something weird may have changed so I'll have a look here and see what I can find.

(note: may be a day or two for me to look at properly, a bit busy over the next little while)

After this gets fixed I'll push a new release and compile a new version for Windows.
