Infinite loading spinner at the resource section

In the Resource section, if there are no resources available (Translation Words List) on the particular verse the loading spinner spins infinitely.

Required solution: the spinner should stop and show "No Content Available" message.

We are using translation-helps-rcl for displaying the helps content, from our end, we have added a spinner which is dependent on the response from the RCL, places where the spinner is infinitely loading are because the RCL is not sending any response of error or success.
