Popup do not appear with a call on a "Ring Group"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Incoming call forwarded to a "ring group" (Here DN 350,351,352).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the popup for the incoming call, but nothing happens. The
ring group rings as it should. When calling the extension directly it works
(a popup is seen on the screen)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.60 Windows XP SP3 French
