Continued prototyping

Made some minor bug fixes.

Prototype release

This is the prototype release of the afni-proc BIDS App. Many features remain to be implemented, and there may be breaking changes in the future, but you can use this to run a afni_proc.py processing pipeline and generate interactive reports at the group and individual level. Group reports have an anatomical and bold for every session of every task embedded in the page, so the group.html reports can get quite large. Please don't hesitate to leave an issue for this repository if anything comes up.
