List of uploaded presentation doesn't get transferred when changing presenters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload several presentations
2. Confirm that there are multiple presentations uploaded
3. Make another participant the presenter
4. Check that the new presenter can see the uploaded presentations by the 
previous presenter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new presenter should be able to see the uploaded presentations of the 
previous presenter. This allows one presenter/moderator to pre-upload 
presentations and switch presenters during the session.
