Describe the bug
In some situations, pen draws strokes not in the same place as mouse pointer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start 2.6 session. Select pencil tool for whiteboard. Draw something.
  2. Resize userlist or/and chat column to as narrow size as possible.
  3. Draw something more.
  4. The drawing appears shifted to left relative the pointer position.

BBB version:
2.6.0-beta.4 (647) client build: 273

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser Chrome
