What does this PR do?

Increases presenter context menu width - desktop
fixes presentation list width and alignment - mobile
fixes "close" button z-index - mobile

presenter menu (desktop) before

presenter menu (desktop) - after

presentation list (mobile) - before

presentation list (mobile) - after

close button - before

close button - after

Closes Issue(s)

closes #11701

Hey @ramonlsouza
I see that the close button problem on mobile devices was mentioned here in this issue #11237.
