What does this PR do?
Updates the color for chat timestamp. Provide screen reader alert for copied chat transcript.
Motivation
Fixes the following accessibility issues
In chat message, the contrast between the grey foreground and white background time of post text colors is insufficient (2.8:1); falling short of the 4.5:1 required for small text.
The “Public chat” chat option “Copy” fails to indicate to screen reader users that it has copied the transcript to the paste buffer when actioned.
