Backend + small changes in Frontend to support #14384.
This PR will change the way to update the breakout duration.
I managed the UI in order to support the new Backend parameters, but it still require some work to achieve the new Design proposed in #14384.
To UI implementation:
There is a confirmation message sent by akka
UpdateBreakoutRoomsTimeEvtMsg. That can be handled in bbb-html5 in order to show the following success message:
