What does this PR do?
This PR upgrades Material-UI from v4 to v5, addressing and resolving breaking changes encountered during the process.
Motivation
The motivation behind this upgrade is to ensure compatibility with React 18, as Material-UI v4 is not compliant with it. React 18 is needed for integrating the latest alpha version of Tldraw, and by updating to Material-UI v5, we can achieve this compatibility.
