Create a function builder class. #123

Getting too difficult to manage all these arrays. Need some sort of source builder.

Remove variables no longer used now that we have a source builder class. See #123.

The indent won't affect the single line assignment of a byte to a field or value, so there is no need to guard against it. See #123.
