Compute sim thermocouple T by resampling.

Description

• Allows calculation of simulated thermocouple temperatures using any (positive) number of tank nodes. Previously, testing used six simulated thermocouples, which was always smaller than the number of tank nodes. By using resampling, this restriction can be removed.
• This change is needed to test the AquaThermAire heat-exchange HPWH model, which uses only one model. Without the change, the message will be displayed to the effect that "the number of simulated thermocouples exeeds the number of tank nodes."
