Download - Extract - Double click app.exe to launch
You might be warned from windows is normal ( it is self signed, code is open to view in github or just scan with anti virus or virus total if you like )
Will launch terminal and start web server and host on http://localhost:8081 ( it will tell you address in terminal )
Open your browser go to the address shown from terminal and start paste image url's and enjoy.
Best on large screens, you can click select all ascii charactors and paste them in notepad or text doc, you can screenshot and save images, ect..
