- Add pack in admin layout so we can check it compiles correctly - Make Procfile_development run webpack dev server - Add .nvmrc file to track node version we're using

Adds a few minor improvements to #455 - this PR is now replacing that one. This works locally, I'm going to deploy it and see what happens! |
