Having the client reconnect every time it launches causes significant input lag when using multitasking on the connected iOS device. Client should be able to run in the background once connected so that multitasking can be used more easily.

We've been having issues with the state of the USB connection when doing this, that's why we decided to break down the connection as soon as the app goes into background.
