大文件上传有网页端的16g限制吗 #168

这个上传大文件有网页端的16g限制吗？网页端视频太大不好上传，投稿工具又有限制单文件4g要分好多p，目前是分了几个15g的分p上传的，想着如果没有限制的话那我直接上传一整个文件了，不知道这个16g是网页端的限制还是api接口级别的限制，又或者是他们网页转码的时候的限制，超过16g会转码失败的那种，有人了解吗？
