Hi Bill

It would be great if it was possible to decide that Ctrough should be selected as the concentration in the end of the interval and also to allow ptr to be calculated using that value.

Good catch! I've now fixed it so that ptr now accurately uses ctrough instead of cmin and so that ctrough is at the end of the interval instead of the start.
