When WP trash has been disabled (define('EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS', 0 ); in wpconfig), WP automatically replaces the "Trash" link with a "Delete permanently" link in the list of pages (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page).
But in your plugin the "Trash" link is still showing.
