How to execute main_backend.py or setup.py files? and how to configure

Describe the bug
When execute the main_backend.py file，it return:

usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...]
or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...]
or: setup.py --help-commands
or: setup.py cmd --help

error: no commands supplied

the setup.py --help does not work

what is the cmds, may i have the example of the parameters

if possible, we can use Chinese to communicate
