package dropseq tools and Java dependencies #1

The dropseq tools are written in Java and bundle a handful of unpackaged dependencies. Package them all for Guix.

Missing dependencies:

  • guava (needs version 22, but we only have 20)
  • la4j 0.5.5
  • biojava-core 4.0.0
  • biojava-alignment 4.0.0
  • jdistlib
  • slf4j-log4j12-1.7.22
  • simple-xml-2.0.4

Packaged for Guix, but with bundled jars.

I successfully built all dependencies from source. I did not upgrade guava because it's really difficult. Looks like version 20 works just fine. I'll submit patches to Guix today for adding the dropseq tools to Guix upstream.
