Change rakefile schemes back to 'build', change xcworkspace reference to xcodeproj.

interesting, I have included Asepsis.xcodeproj in external .xcworkspace and renamed "build" to "Asepsis" there. It looks the change was only effective locally. |

eae7971 changed the schemes in the rakefile from
buildtoAsepsis, but there is no Asepsis scheme in the Xcode project. The rake clean command was also pointing to the now nonexistent xcworkspace, so I changed that to point to the xcodeproj.
