Vim & Sublime submodulized. Sublime install simplified. #11

This is two things;

  1. Vim and Sublime folders within bioSyntax are now submodules. For all intents and purposes this means we'll need to do 2 commits + 2 pushes when changing a file in vim/*or in sublime/* but that's the nature of the beast. See Related Issue

  2. Sublime has a fairly major update in how the files are organized; see Auto Detect Issue
