Dear administrator,

I just want to know which data did you use when you handled the EMP data with deblur (emp_deblur_90bp.subset_10k.rare_5000_match.tsv)?

The single-end data with the forward or reverse? Or pair-end data?

Regards,
Yulin

Hi Yulin,

Everything here is from single-end forward reads. The Deblur output were trimmed to 90bp, 100bp, or 150bp, depending on the dataset.

Good luck!
Luke
