Several build issues on 32bit architectures - is scikit-bio supported on 32bit at all?

Hi,
the build logs on Debian autobuilders for i386, arm 32 bit and mipsel all show 89 test suite errors. Some of them are signs that 32bit architecture is not supported any more.
If you officially declare scikit-bio is not supported on 32 but architecture the easiest approach would be to remove these builds from the Debian package. Otherwise we need to discuss these issues. Do you think it would make sense to hunt down the said issues?
