Tasks that can take a while: timed warning mechanism?

There are two tasks that can take a while in creating a BioCypher KG:

• tree visualisation (endless loop)
• ontology adapter creation (issue with slow response from identifiers.org)

While the reasons are quite different, it may make sense to have a decorator-based information system that tells the user the potential reason (which most often is schema configuration issues in the tree vis, and identifiers.org in the ontology creation).
