Double-quote issue in DO file breaks xref and synonym parsing #271

Sorry, I can add more detail later (after I reproduce it). The latest DO file here has double-quotes somewhere in the header that's allegedly breaking the parsing of cross-refences and synonyms for terms. By "breaking", I think we just mean that ontobio isn't returning anything for these, rather than throwing an error.

it should at least return an informative message

is this via invoking owltools or native python?
