@bmpvieira do you want to add basic filtering? or maybe give some tips/hints and I can try to add it myself. otherwise today I am going to compile my notes from the 4 papers and start playing with nextflow/snakemake if the filter stuff is not ready yet. also I think reading nextflow/snakemake might be better use of time today then experimenting myself with filtering
