The initial release of Biosynonyms contains the following:
- A data model for storing synonyms (implemented using TSVs, loaded using Pydantic)
- Functions for loading and writing synonyms
- A few manual curations of positive and negative synonyms
- Functionality for loading up Gilda terms for NER/NEN
