I never noticed, but this page needed a thorough revision. I left the questions intact, but heavily revised a lot of wording. Outdated items should be gone now too.

Anchor navigation works now too, as it was broken before.

Please pay special attention to the trade limits mentioned in the "What are the trade limits" section...I couldn't fully discern what's happening in the code, so the limits there are partially guesses.

These changes do not include any DAO FAQs (that's a separate PR), so they can be merged now.

Initially, traders make a list of arbitrators they approve. When a new trade is initiated, an arbitrator is randomly selected from among the traders’ overlapping, approved selections. The more arbitrators a trader accepts, the more trades will be available to him.

Arbitrators determine solutions to trade disputes. Bisq’s arbitrators must pay a very high BSQ bond, which ensures fair evaluations and prevents collusion with traders.

Arbitrators are chosen randomly for each trade.

Soon after the DAO launch, the arbitrator system will be phased out with the launch of a new trade protocol that replaces arbitrators with mediators for better dispute resolution.

We had recently changed in the new trade protocol to keep the arbitration for a while as optional feature.

Maybe just don't mention it here as the proposal is not updated as well.

The required BSQ bond is very high and there are currently only very few people who have contributed enough to Bisq to have have earned so much BSQ.

Furthermore, the arbitration system will soon be phased out with the introduction of a new trade protocol that replaces arbitrators with mediators.

Again, maybe just leave it out now.

Maybe keep it lower case o, otherwise it looks like zero or users try uppercase O
