backup directory is moved to another machince but bisq will not launch correctly

Description

created a backup directory from bisq running on ubuntu 20.04
placed this directory on a new bisq installation running on windows 10
after launching bisq, i get no splash screen and nother appears except bisq icon at the taskbar

Steps to reproduce

created a backup directory from bisq running on ubuntu 20.04
placed this directory on a new bisq installation running on windows 10
after launching bisq, i get no splash screen and nother appears except bisq icon at the taskbar

Expected behaviour

bisq should launch and i should be able to see my old account data

Actual behaviour

bisq doesn't launch correctly. i get no splash screen and nother appears except bisq icon at the taskbar

one of the helpful bisq admins pointed out to me that the issue is the bisq window is minimized. so after clicking on the bisq icon in the taskbar, then alt+space then maximize...this brings it up. just give it few minutes before you try this as initially the maximize option is greyed out
