I've updated the data stores for our release on Monday.
Full node hashes of data stores used in this PR
Are matching the ones received in a lite node
Assuming that we'll release on Monday (16th of Sept), I've set the update requirement three days later (19th of Sept) and the activation of the mediation system ten days later (26th of Sept).
I've also removed code that was added only for testing purposes.
