How/where are these contributions already delivered? Sounds more like a contribution in progress based on the wording used.

You are correct, the stuff has not been delivered as of today. The scraper script, for example, would have been delivered in time for the voting cycle (in fact, I already have it, just wanted to do some free-for-bisq optimizations to it). I planned on posting the script directly in the issue. We can of course discuss other ways to publish the script (and all its future iterations).

for the testing of the v3 compatibility, it is hard to deliver something. And Bisq cannot afford extensive testing documentation. So I will provide the final testing outcome for free. But please do not expect that I write up extensive testing documentation.

Monitoring Operator/Maintainer (190 USD)

Did you see my discussion post in the ops team how the budget for all nodes has been reduced to $100 USD max?

  • first, no I have not,
  • second, I have been told back then that when I do maintenance work and configuration stuff, I have to include it in the role report and not as a separate point in the "delivered" section, so I did just that

you want me to extract the non-operational part of the work to the delivered section?

EDIT: I have not seen your discussion post because I am not an ops member: https://github.com/orgs/bisq-network/teams/monitoring-operators

EDIT2: @wiz, I have split the amounts for now. Waiting for your feedback.

EDIT3: and you did not list me in the assigned roles section. Here is the info: bisq-network/roles#10

I intentionally didn't assign the Monitoring Operator role/budget to anyone yet because I wasn't sure who wanted to step up for this - the other operator roles are much more obvious. if you're going to be actively maintaining and improving the grafana monitor, that's all I needed to know. We will assign the role to you on GitHub, so you can claim up to $100 USD/month for operating the monitoring system each cycle.

For any additional devops work related to improving the monitoring system over, this should be:

  1. allocated in advance by just sending me a quick DM on keybase (going forward)
  2. need to be in the form of peer-reviewed PRs merged into a central repo - if you don't already have a repo for your monitoring system configuration, we can put it into the newly created ops repo

For this cycle I've 👍 your $190 USD for Ops work
