(This is the first voting round under Phase Zero of the Bisq DAO)

  • Announce and provide instructions via the bisq-contrib mailing list
  • Grant access to the stake and vote tracking spreadsheet to those who need it
  • Review all edits to the spreadsheet to ensure there weren't any mistakes, etc
  • Capture results in plaintext ledger repo (experimental)
  • Announce that the voting period is complete
  • Update the phase zero doc as appropriate
  • Write up a post-mortem / retrospective on the mailing list to see what we've learned

Capture October comp reqs and votes

This is based on a cleaned up CSV export of the BSQ stake and vote
tracking spreadsheet at
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xlXDswj3251BPCOcII-UyWlX7o7jMkfYBE-IZ5te5Ck/edit#gid=0.

Update stake based on October voting

Note that these updated values match the BSQ stake and vote tracking
spreadsheet exactly.
