Benefits, History, and related sections. Remove HF announcement.

This is going to break every single transactions. What's the plan here ? |

@deadalnix We will need new translations. After almost a year the information is out of date. We need to communicate to the world the benefits of using Bitcoin Cash, not explain the details of the fork. It will not break the site. Just the new sections won't be translated yet and will appear in English. |

Replace outdated FAQ and "new features" section with newer "why", "benefits", "history", and "development" sections.
Remove HF announcement.
Note that the "Benefits" link on the top links to all benefit related sections starting with "Why use Bitcoin Cash" , which are really individual benefits.
Entire FAQ is fork related, so was removed. Still relevant bits and pieces were kept and put into new sections.
History section includes most important points from FAQ about our history.
New Features section seems unnecessary at this point and was removed except for decentralized which was made its own section.
Point about network redundancy added as a supporting point to decentralized development.
Fork block info removed from about section and put in history section. Translators take note of that.
