BUIP-HF slightly outdated w.r.t. UAHF spec #54

The spec docs in https://github.com/BitcoinUnlimited/BUIP/tree/master/BUIP-HF

are somewhat outdated w.r.t. the "main docs" for UAHF located in

https://github.com/Bitcoin-UAHF/spec/

This drift occurred due to some minor PRs on the main docs. Nothing serious, just clarifications, corrections, layout issues.

But we need to keep aligned to avoid confusion.

Closed as corrected by final UAHF specs.
