Join several related translations into one multiline string

The transifex translation under “Meta data full description” shows three strings:

1. DAVx⁵ is a CalDAV/CardDAV management and synchronization app for Android which natively integrates with Android calendar/contact apps.
2. Use it with your own server or with a trusted hoster to keep your contacts, events and tasks under your control.
3. For more information and a list of tested servers/services, have a look at the Web site.

I suggest displaying these three strings as a single multi-line string. Currently it is not very obvious, how are the sentences connected. In particular it - depending on if it relates to an application or a programme, it is supposed to be translated as it or she.

For instance, initially I translated DAVx⁵ is app as DAVx⁵ is program (ling. female) and it as she. Later an expert changed the translation of app to application. Then it refers to application and is supposed to be translated as it (masculine noun). But she was left unchanged.

I suggest replacing the Web site on the third string with a hyperlink to the website. The display text could stay the same, by utilizing some unknown to me markup, or it could display the URL instead.

Do you have an idea how to do this? The "full description" is just a text file with three paragraphs:

openHAB-Android has also a file with F-Droid presentation — https://github.com/openhab/openhab-android/blob/main/assets/store_descriptions/en-US/strings.xml . In Crowdin this is presented as a single file. Once a sentence is selected on the right, it is shown on the left for translation.

Which wouldn't be so much of a problem except for how scanning things vertically is more of a stretch, and with how screens are wide gives more lineshifts that aren't represented in the actual translation and vice versa.
