Hello, the issue seems to happen to only a specific account (even new account) and certain regions (Europe). I have moved to a different account in the US and the problem does not happen. Hope this helps. Thanks, Haksun

I tried selecting multiple regions in europe, but always run into this issue:
wordpress-2 has resource level errors
wordpress-2-software: {"ResourceType":"runtimeconfig.v1beta1.waiter","ResourceErrorCode":"504","ResourceErrorMessage":"Timeout expired."}
This deployment has resources from the Runtime Configurator service, which is in Beta. There is no planned date for moving this feature into General Availability (GA). Examples of runtimeconfig types used: runtimeconfig.v1beta1.config, runtimeconfig.v1beta1.waiter

I also tried enabling VPC Network Private Services Access for default network and add Editor permissions to the default VM service account, as per: https://groups.google.com/g/gce-discussion/c/Nr45fqKdGU4
however, that did not help either
