Mustache partials don't parse properly #199

A Mustache partial without the whitespace and an absolute Steal URL is not parsed as an actual partial:

{{>//path/to/partial.mustache}}

Changing the regular expression for scanning partials fixes that issue but breaks other Mustache spec tests.
