Adds up-to-date lnd protos and extends to use also the walletrpc and signer rpc for LND v0.12.1.
As payment addresses are now required and a new SendPaymentV2 endpoint exists, we switch to using this endpoint available in the routerrpc.
SendPaymentV2 supports better error feedback which is now incorporated with exception handling.
