Registering delegate sub-account shows history as UNKNOWN

Due to a fork shortly after I registered dev0.theoretical, I had to resync the blockchain. The transaction to register that account is now showing as sending to UNKNOWN, here are the details (not bothering to redact txid's because anyone can easily figure this out from the blockchain):
