Figure out a way to easily distribute spookfox-native #6

Even after we have CI/CD, downloading it from this repo is inconvenient. If
nothing else is possible, putting instructions (and some help in downloading) in
the extension's own UI (and equivalent in Emacs package?) should be done.

I believe this need to be done from Emacs side. spookfox.el should download spookfox-native for "installed version", put it somewhere (check how/what lsp-mode do), edit spookfox-native/spookfox.json for wherever the downloaded binary is placed, and save the spookfox.json in ~/.mozilla/native-messaging-hosts/.

This is now resolved with M-x spookfox-install-native.
