The Ubuntu snap package for Bitwarden uses a different mouse cursor than what's default. Here are a couple of screenshots:

bitwarden_1

My default mouse cursor theme is white.

According to this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/+bug/1579268 there is a simple workaround: ubuntu/snapcraft-desktop-helpers@4008601d

Seems like a snapd bug. I'm not sure what that fix is suggesting that we do to workaround the problem?

The mouse cursor not only looks different, it doesn't scale on HiDPI monitor, so it looks tiny in my machine. It doesn't happen with other snap packages like Spotify or Skype.

Snap apps still can't honor system theme settings including mouse cursors.

Hi @logix2,
We're cleaning up our repositories in preparation for a major reorganization. Issues from last year will be marked as stale and closed after two weeks. If you still need help, comment to let us know and we'll look into it.
Thanks!
