Steps To Reproduce

1. download https://github.com/bitwarden/mobile/releases/download/v2024.6.0/com.x8bit.bitwarden-fdroid.apk
2. After the installation is complete, set up the settings in Bitwarden. When you open the notifications, they will automatically turn off, and they will do the same when you turn them on again.

Expected Result

I expect that after he turns on the notification switch, it can remain in the on state.
