This adds openDocument and openUrl for OS2 [ChangeLog][QtCore][Platform Specific Changes]

This adds WinOepnObject to openDocuments and DosStartSession to open a browser when a url link is clicked. This is needed for Trojita (email client) which I have working and it also gets the "open" menu items in the otter-browser downloads working. |
