If you'd like to put out an incentive for implementing this feature, you can do so at https://issuehunt.io/r/bk138/multivnc?tab=idle

Hi Christian! I'm using an USB mouse (to answer the question you asked me onthe play store page).
I noticed it mostly works already. Existing pain points are:

  • Lack of mousewheel control
  • Flaky rightclick: sometimes it works, sometimes it acts as if LMB had been clicked too, eg opening a context menu and immediately executing the first point in it, which the cursor is then hovering over.

I don't know if this is related to this issue or #8 but the connected mouse has an offset that is a little bit irritating. Running Fedora 30 through Linux Deploy using X.Org 1.20.6 on Android 7.1.2 using MultiVNC 1.8.8 from F-Droid.

Just tested this with an Apple Magic Mouse connected via Bluetooth:

  • no offset 👍
  • left and right click work as expected 👍
  • no scroll 👎

Added scroll wheel support with c722df7. This will be in version 1.8.10. Please re-open if there are issues remaining.

right clicking is sending a left and right click at the same time

Try to make it easy for developers. Add some context info like versions of software used, steps to repro etc.
