Runtime Environment

• Added support for node.js 11.x environments

⚠️ Until libxmljs provides pre-built binaries for node.js 11.x for download, installations from sources need to be able to build the libxmljs module on their own, requiring Python and some C++ libraries! If this fails during npm install please use a pre-packaged Juice Shop archive or Docker image which both are runnable out of the box!
