Get serverless
Initialize the project: serverless project init -pc
Add the "iamRoleArnLambda" to the correct correct _meta/variables file
Ensure the apiGatewayApi setting is set correctly
Make sure that your AWS_DEV_PROFILE is set to the only user this will work for (because hackathon, AMIRITE?)
