• Update base fedora image to version 39
• Remove unused basic stage
• Move stage 1 build for elfutils to the bootstrap
• Add users to the minimal group configuration
• Add --ignore-installed flag for pip builds
• Relax file listings of shared objects to use wildcards
• Update bootstrap to use specific versions for the source files
• Add ./lfs reset command which is like dist-clean but preserves the sources
• Fix some bash linting issues
• Fix typo in README with incorrect markdown syntax
